Followed mindfulness eating yesterday. I always feel bloated and felt like I didn’t eat well after eating. But after mindfulness eating i came to know how much to eat. My gut was really happy & there was no burping and I didn't feel bloated. Thanks for teaching us mindfulness eating

Today's session has been truly remarkable and incredibly helpful. We're all going through a phase where our minds are constantly chattering, and I understand how suffocating and restless it can feel to have negative thoughts dominating our day. However, today's session taught us how being present and practicing mindfulness can help us overcome many of the fears we all carry. The *Yoga Nidra* session was wonderful. I am exhausted today, and it was exactly what I needed. I am deeply grateful to both Krishna Sir and Medha Ma'am for your guidance and unwavering support.

Before mindfulness session-feelings were anxious, low, sad, worried, guilt, stressed. After the mindfulness session- Feeling quite relaxed, calm, a gentle smile on a face, light-headed , good mood. Today’s inner healing was something new to me. I became scared to process a sudden dark cloud which i was trying to avoid for quite some time but slowly I understood what @Krishna sir was helping me to understand. To accept every emotion, and then slowly letting it go. Truly an amazing experience. I would definitely try this technique of forgiveness every morning ♥️ After the session, I am thinking less and observing more of what is happening around me. Thank you Krishna

hanks, @Krishna Sir😇. After 7 days of mindfulness, I’m feeling calm, positive most of the time. I’m able to get back when I get lost by EOD, feeling happy, self- controlled and my focus also has improved. I’m doing more productive activities. My concentration during meditation without distractions has also improved. I’m working on getting more disciplined and setting more good habits as well. Looking forward to improving much more and letting go of being too emotional and cutting dependency, and not to get affected by others actions or words.
