Eligibility

By booking a consultation or accessing any service offered by Shunya Ananta Healing, you confirm that:

Consultation Booking & Payment

The consultation booking fee is currently set at ₹199. This fee is a commitment fee to secure your consultation slot and is inclusive of access to all bonus resources listed on the booking page at the time of registration.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking. Your slot is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. Shunya Ananta Healing reserves the right to modify the consultation fee at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content produced by Shunya Ananta Healing, including but not limited to the NHT Method framework, training videos, bonus materials, written content, methodologies, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Shunya Ananta Healing and its founders.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, copy, share, or use any content from this program for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Shunya Ananta Healing.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Shunya Ananta Healing, its founders, coaches, affiliates, or team members be held liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation
• Physical, emotional, financial, or psychological outcomes resulting from the application of any content or guidance provided
• Misuse or misinterpretation of any information, technique, or method shared
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or access failures
